This chapter applies to a Community-scale undertaking and a parent undertaking with a domicile or registered office in the Netherlands.
In the event that a Community-scale undertaking or a parent undertaking has its domicile or registered office outside the Member States concerned, this Chapter shall apply if the establishment or group undertaking referred to in Article 1, paragraphs 2 and 3, respectively, has its domicile or registered office in the Netherlands.
Dit hoofdstuk is van toepassing op een communautaire onderneming en een moederonderneming met woonplaats of zetel in Nederland.
Ingeval een communautaire onderneming of moederonderneming haar woonplaats of zetel buiten de betrokken staten heeft, is dit hoofdstuk van toepassing, indien de in artikel 1, tweede en derde lid, bedoelde vestiging onderscheidenlijk groepsonderneming woonplaats of zetel heeft in Nederland.
