in forceThe Board shall provide to a person who has been conceived by and as a result of artificial donor insemination and who has reached the age of sixteen years, upon his petition, the personal identifying data of any other person who has been conceived by and as a result of artificial donor insemination using sperm cells or egg cells from the same donor, provided that the person concerned has consented thereto.
Simultaneously with the provision referred to in the first paragraph, the Board shall provide the person-identifying data of the petitioner to the person concerned.
The Board shall ensure expert guidance in the provision of the data.
Article 3, paragraph 8, applies mutatis mutandis.
If the petitioner, referred to in the first paragraph, exclusively wishes to inspect the number of treatments in which use was made of spermatozoa or oocytes from the same donor, the Board shall provide only that information.
Het College verstrekt aan degene die is verwekt door en ten gevolge van kunstmatige donorbevruchting en die de leeftijd van zestien jaren heeft bereikt, op diens verzoek de persoonsidentificerende gegevens van elke andere persoon die verwekt is door en ten gevolge van kunstmatige donorbevruchting waarbij gebruik is gemaakt van zaadcellen of eicellen van dezelfde donor, indien de betreffende persoon daarmee heeft ingestemd.
Gelijktijdig met de verstrekking, bedoeld in het eerste lid, verstrekt het College de persoonsidentificerende gegevens van de verzoeker aan de betreffende persoon.
Het College draagt zorg voor deskundige begeleiding bij de verstrekking van de gegevens.
Artikel 3, achtste lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Indien de verzoeker, bedoeld in het eerste lid, uitsluitend inzage wenst in het aantal behandelingen waarbij gebruik is gemaakt van zaadcellen of eicellen van dezelfde donor, verstrekt het College uitsluitend dat gegeven.
