The employee, who is unemployed solely as a result of frost, snowfall, high water or other extraordinary natural circumstances, is entitled to a benefit for the duration of the extraordinary natural circumstances.
2.
Articles 17 and 42, paragraph 2, subparagraph a shall not apply to the employee referred to in the first paragraph.

De werknemer, die werkloos is uitsluitend als gevolg van vorst, sneeuwval, hoog water of andere buitengewone natuurlijke omstandigheden heeft recht op uitkering voor de duur van de buitengewone natuurlijke omstandigheden.
2.
De artikelen 17 en 42, tweede lid, onderdeel a zijn niet van toepassing op de in het eerste lid bedoelde werknemer.
