The person to whom a national type-approval or a UN/ECE approval has been granted is obliged to provide all necessary cooperation for the purpose of the conformity of production control, as referred to in Article 23, paragraph 2, point f, the investigation for the purpose of decisions pursuant to Article 26, and market surveillance, as referred to in Article 158a.
Degene aan wie een nationale typegoedkeuring of een VN/ECE-goedkeuring is verleend, is gehouden alle noodzakelijke medewerking te verlenen ten behoeve van controle op de conformiteit van de productie, bedoeld in artikel 23, tweede lid, onderdeel f, het onderzoek ten behoeve van besluiten op grond van artikel 26, en het markttoezicht, bedoeld in artikel 158a.
