The Netherlands Vehicle Authority (Dienst Wegverkeer) may, for the purpose of granting a national type-approval or individual approval, make use of the technical services designated by it pursuant to an EU framework regulation in connection with the approval of motor vehicles for the tests necessary for such approval.
De Dienst Wegverkeer kan met het oog op het door hem verlenen van een nationale typegoedkeuring of -individuele goedkeuring voor de voor die goedkeuring noodzakelijke tests gebruik maken van de op grond van een EU-kaderverordening in verband met de goedkeuring van motorvoertuigen door hem aangewezen technische diensten.
