The supervisory board consists of five members, including the chairperson.
Our Minister shall appoint, suspend and dismiss the members of the supervisory board.
The chairperson shall be appointed, after the supervisory board has been heard.
The members of the supervisory board serve on the board in a personal capacity and perform their duties without mandate or instruction.
De raad van toezicht bestaat uit vijf leden, waaronder de voorzitter.
Onze Minister benoemt, schorst en ontslaat de leden van de raad van toezicht.
De voorzitter wordt benoemd, gehoord de raad van toezicht.
De leden van de raad van toezicht hebben op persoonlijke titel zitting in de raad en oefenen hun functie uit zonder last of ruggespraak.
