The management board shall provide the supervisory board in a timely manner with the information and other data necessary for the performance of its duties.
The management board shall render an account to the supervisory board annually, and furthermore on an interim basis if, in the opinion of the supervisory board, there is reason to do so, regarding the policy pursued by it.
De directie verstrekt de raad van toezicht tijdig de voor de uitoefening van diens taak benodigde inlichtingen en andere gegevens.
De directie legt jaarlijks, en voorts tussentijds indien hiertoe naar het oordeel van de raad van toezicht aanleiding bestaat, aan de raad van toezicht verantwoording af over het door haar gevoerde beleid.
