Titles 4.4, 5.1 and 5.4 of the General Administrative Law Act do not apply to the imposition and collection of an administrative sanction and the administrative costs pursuant to this Act.
De titels 4.4, 5.1 en 5.4 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn niet van toepassing op het opleggen en de inning van een administratieve sanctie en de administratiekosten op grond van deze wet.
