Article 121

The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 208 specifying:
(a) the conditions and the procedure for the appointment of a common representative as referred to in Article 119(4);
(b) the conditions under which employees referred to in Article 119(3) and professional representatives referred to in Article 120(1) shall file with the Office a signed authorisation in order to undertake representation, and the content of that authorisation;
(c) the circumstances in which a person may be removed from the list of professional representatives referred to in Article 120(5).
De Commissie is bevoegd overeenkomstig artikel 208 gedelegeerde handelingen vast te stellen ter nadere bepaling van:
a) de voorwaarden en de procedure voor de aanwijzing van een gemeenschappelijk vertegenwoordiger als bedoeld in artikel 119, lid 4;
b) de voorwaarden waaronder de in artikel 119, lid 3, bedoelde werknemers en de in artikel 120, lid 1, erkende gemachtigden bij het Bureau een ondertekende volmacht indienen om als vertegenwoordiger te kunnen optreden, alsmede de inhoud van die volmacht;
c) de omstandigheden waarin een persoon van de lijst van erkende gemachtigden kan worden geschrapt als bedoeld in artikel 120, lid 5.
