1. Where an international registration is based on a basic application or basic registration relating to a collective mark, certification mark or guarantee mark, the international registration designating the Union shall be dealt with as an EU collective mark or as an EU certification mark, whichever is applicable.
2. The holder of the international registration shall submit the regulations governing the use of the mark, as provided for in Articles 75 and 84, directly to the Office within two months of the date on which the International Bureau notifies the international registration to the Office.
3. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 208 specifying the details of the procedure concerning international registrations based on a basic application or basic registration relating to a collective mark, certification mark or guarantee mark.

Wanneer een internationale inschrijving op een basisaanvraag of -inschrijving voor een collectief merk, certificeringsmerk of garantiemerk is gebaseerd, wordt de internationale inschrijving met aanduiding van de Unie, behandeld als een collectief Uniemerk of, indien van toepassing, een Uniecertificeringsmerk.
2. De houder van de internationale inschrijving dient overeenkomstig de artikelen 75 en 84 ter binnen twee maanden na de datum waarop het Internationale Bureau het Bureau in kennis heeft gesteld van de internationale inschrijving, rechtstreeks bij het Bureau een reglement in voor het gebruik van het merk.
3. De Commissie is bevoegd overeenkomstig artikel 208 gedelegeerde handelingen vast te stellen tot nadere bepaling van de procedure omtrent internationale inschrijvingen die op een basisaanvraag of -inschrijving voor een collectief merk, certificeringsmerk of garantiemerk zijn gebaseerd.
