An official from the administrative support staff of the Rent Tribunal (huurcommissie) shall be present at the hearings. He shall keep a record of all matters dealt with therein, stating the substantive content of the statements made by the persons heard by the hearing committee.
Bij de zittingen is een ambtenaar van de administratieve ondersteuning van de huurcommissie aanwezig. Hij houdt aantekening van al hetgeen daar wordt behandeld met vermelding van de zakelijke inhoud van de verklaringen van de door de zittingscommissie gehoorde personen.
