If an authorisation as referred to in Article 2:1, paragraph 3, of the General Administrative Law Act is lacking, a hearing committee may adjourn the case until the party concerned has been given the opportunity to provide for his representation in the proper manner.
Indien een machtiging als bedoeld in artikel 2:1, derde lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht ontbreekt, kan een zittingscommissie de zaak aanhouden totdat de betrokken partij in de gelegenheid is geweest op de juiste wijze in zijn vertegenwoordiging te voorzien.
