Our Minister shall forthwith notify the public prosecutor at the court that has handled the petition of his decision regarding the petition for extradition, as well as of the adjournment thereof in accordance with Article 33, paragraph 3.
Van zijn beslissing op het verzoek tot uitlevering, alsmede van de aanhouding daarvan overeenkomstig artikel 33, derde lid, geeft Onze Minister onverwijld kennis aan de officier van justitie bij de rechtbank die het verzoek heeft behandeld.
