Article 20 of the Framework Act on independent administrative bodies (Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen) does not apply if the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit persoonsgegevens) has obtained the information from third parties under the condition that its confidential nature is maintained.
Artikel 20 van de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen is niet van toepassing indien de Autoriteit persoonsgegevens de informatie van derden heeft verkregen onder de voorwaarde dat het geheime karakter daarvan wordt gehandhaafd.
