The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit persoonsgegevens) shall draw up a draft budget annually, prior to the relevant financial year.
In the departmental budget, as referred to in Article 2.1, sixth paragraph, of the Government Accounts Act 2016 (Comptabiliteitswet 2016), Our Minister shall annually allocate a budget to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit persoonsgegevens) to be charged to the national budget.
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit persoonsgegevens) shall establish the budget in accordance with the budget referred to in the second paragraph.
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit persoonsgegevens) is represented in and out of court by the chair and the other members, or by any one of them.
The members shall determine a division of tasks and shall involve the extraordinary members in this as much as possible.
De Autoriteit persoonsgegevens stelt jaarlijks voorafgaand aan het desbetreffende begrotingsjaar een ontwerpbegroting op.
In de departementale begroting, bedoeld in artikel 2.1, zesde lid, van de Comptabiliteitswet 2016, kent Onze Minister jaarlijks aan de Autoriteit persoonsgegevens een budget toe ten laste van de rijksbegroting.
De Autoriteit persoonsgegevens stelt de begroting vast in overeenstemming met het budget, bedoeld in het tweede lid.
De Autoriteit persoonsgegevens wordt in en buiten rechte vertegenwoordigd door de voorzitter en de andere leden, dan wel door een van hen.
De leden stellen een verdeling van taken vast en betrekken hierbij zoveel mogelijk de buitengewone leden.
