Articles 21 and 22 of the Framework Act on Autonomous Administrative Authorities (Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen) do not apply to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit persoonsgegevens).

2.

Article 23 of the Framework Act on Autonomous Administrative Authorities (Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen) shall only apply to the financial management and administrative organisation conducted by the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit persoonsgegevens).

De artikelen 21 en 22 van de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen zijn niet van toepassing op de Autoriteit persoonsgegevens.

2.

Artikel 23 van de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen vindt slechts toepassing ten aanzien van het door de Autoriteit persoonsgegevens gevoerde financiële beheer en de administratieve organisatie.
