By ministerial regulation, in implementation of a binding decision of the Council of the European Union, of the European Parliament and the Council jointly, or of the European Commission, technical requirements shall be provided for the broadcasting of a television programme as referred to in Article 1.1 of the Media Act 2008 (Mediawet 2008), which is intended to be broadcast entirely digitally by means of a public electronic communications network.
By ministerial regulation, in implementation of a binding decision as referred to in the first paragraph, further technical requirements shall be set for public electronic communication networks by means of which the transmission of television programmes takes place in a fully digital manner.
Bij ministeriële regeling worden ter uitvoering van een bindend besluit van de Raad van de Europese Unie, van het Europees Parlement en de Raad gezamenlijk of van de Europese Commissie, technische voorschriften gegeven voor het uitzenden van een televisieprogramma als bedoeld in artikel 1.1 van de Mediawet 2008, dat bedoeld is om volledig digitaal te worden uitgezonden door middel van een openbaar elektronisch communicatienetwerk.
Bij ministeriële regeling worden ter uitvoering van een bindend besluit als bedoeld in het eerste lid voorts technische eisen gesteld aan openbare elektronische communicatienetwerken met behulp waarvan de uitzending van televisieprogramma's op een volledig digitale wijze plaatsvindt.
