Our Minister may, in agreement with Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science, require providers of public electronic communications networks consisting of radio equipment suitable for the distribution of programme offerings to broadcast programme offerings that are offered to them for distribution, in accordance with the Media Act, by institutions charged with the provision of public media services as referred to in Chapter 2 of the Media Act 2008.
Onze Minister kan, in overeenstemming met Onze Minister van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap, aanbieders van openbare elektronische communicatienetwerken die bestaan uit radioapparaten die geschikt zijn voor het verspreiden van programma-aanbod, verplichten om programma-aanbod uit te zenden dat hem in overeenstemming met de Mediawet ter verspreiding wordt aangeboden door instellingen die belast zijn met de verzorging van de publieke mediadiensten, bedoeld in hoofdstuk 2 van de Mediawet 2008.
