Article 2.2

The Authority for Consumers and Markets shall not proceed to registration as referred to in Article 2.1, paragraph 4, if:
the communication does not relate to a public electronic communications network, a public electronic communications service, or associated facilities, or
the data to be submitted pursuant to Article 2.1, paragraph 2, have not been provided, are incomplete, or are incorrect.
The Authority for Consumers and Markets shall terminate or amend the registration if the grounds for registration have ceased to exist.
De Autoriteit Consument en Markt gaat niet over tot registratie als bedoeld in artikel 2.1, vierde lid, indien:
de mededeling geen betrekking heeft op een openbaar elektronisch communicatienetwerk, een openbare elektronische communicatiedienst, of bijbehorende faciliteiten, of
de op grond van artikel 2.1, tweede lid, te overleggen gegevens niet, onvolledig, of niet juist zijn verstrekt.
De Autoriteit Consument en Markt beëindigt of wijzigt de registratie indien de grond voor registratie is vervallen.
