The Telecommunications Act and the provisions based thereon, as they read prior to the entry into force of the Act on the implementation of the European regulatory framework for the electronic communications sector 2002, remain applicable to a request for a judgment as referred to in Article 7.7, as it read prior to that time.
Op een aanvraag om een oordeel als bedoeld in artikel 7.7, zoals dat luidde voor de inwerkingtreding van de Wet implementatie Europees regelgevingskader voor de elektronische communicatiesector 2002, blijven de Telecommunicatiewet en de daarop berustende bepalingen van toepassing zoals die luidden voor dat tijdstip.
