With the exception of Chapters 5a, 5b and 5c, the provisions established by or pursuant to this Act shall also apply to and in relation to offshore installations within the meaning of the North Sea Installations Act (Wet installaties Noordzee).
Met uitzondering van de hoofdstukken 5a, 5b en 5c gelden de bepalingen vastgesteld bij of krachtens deze wet mede op en met betrekking tot installaties ter zee in de zin van de Wet installaties Noordzee.
