in forceThe allowance is paid to the foreign national, his legal representative or blood relative in the first or second degree, or to a person or institution designated by one of them, as evidenced by a written statement.
The COA pays the allowance monthly in arrears.
The COA is authorised to pay the allowance over a shorter or longer period if this is desirable in view of the circumstances of the foreign national.
De toelage wordt uitbetaald aan de vreemdeling, diens wettelijk vertegenwoordiger of bloedverwant in de eerste of tweede graad, of aan een door één van hen, blijkens een schriftelijke verklaring, aangewezen persoon of instantie.
Het COA betaalt de toelage maandelijks achteraf.
Het COA is bevoegd de toelage over een kortere of langere periode te betalen, indien dit gelet op de omstandigheden van de vreemdeling wenselijk is.
