Article 23

If, with respect to an asylum seeker, there
before 1 January 2000 a negative decision has been made on his asylum application at first instance;
an eviction order has been issued; and
it has been communicated by the chief of police of the police region where the alien has his domicile or place of residence that he must leave the Netherlands,
the provisions shall terminate, in derogation from Article 7, paragraph 1, opening words and under b of this regulation, on the day on which the asylum seeker is required to leave the Netherlands pursuant to the notification by the chief of police.
Indien er ten aanzien van een asielzoeker
voor 1 januari 2000 op diens asielaanvraag in eerste aanleg in negatieve zin is beslist;
een last tot uitzetting is gegeven; en
door de korpschef van de politieregio waar de vreemdeling zijn woon- of verblijfsplaats heeft is meegedeeld dat hij Nederland moet verlaten,
eindigen de verstrekkingen, in afwijking van artikel 7, eerste lid, aanhef en onder b van deze regeling, op de dag waarop de asielzoeker Nederland ingevolge de mededeling van de korpschef dient te verlaten.
