Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the claimant and the respondent shall be given the opportunity by the arbitral tribunal to submit a statement of claim and a statement of defence, respectively.

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the arbitral tribunal is free to determine whether further statements may be submitted.

Tenzij de partijen anders zijn overeengekomen, worden de eiser en de verweerder door het scheidsgerecht in de gelegenheid gesteld een memorie van eis respectievelijk een memorie van antwoord in te dienen.
2.
Tenzij de partijen anders zijn overeengekomen, is het scheidsgerecht vrij te bepalen of nadere memoriën kunnen worden ingediend.
