The arbitral tribunal shall, at the request of either party or on its own motion, provide the parties with the opportunity to present their case orally at a hearing, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
Het scheidsgerecht stelt, op verzoek van een der partijen of uit eigen beweging, de partijen in de gelegenheid hun zaak op een zitting mondeling toe te lichten, tenzij de partijen anders zijn overeengekomen.
