Article 813

The public prosecution service shall, if necessary, provide its cooperation:
to the production of a minor before the court pursuant to Article 809 of this Code;
to the transfer of a minor in connection with an out-of-home placement (uithuisplaatsing) pursuant to Articles 265b and 326 of Book 1 of the Civil Code;
to the surrender of minors, as referred to in Article 812;
to the enforcement of the orders referred to in Article 278, paragraph 2, of Book 1 of the Civil Code.
The police officer, appointed for the performance of the police task, who has been designated by the public prosecution service to provide the cooperation referred to in paragraph 1, shall have access to every place, insofar as this is reasonably necessary for the fulfillment of his task.
Het openbaar ministerie verleent zo nodig zijn medewerking:
tot de voorgeleiding van een minderjarige voor de rechter ingevolge artikel 809 van dit Wetboek;
tot de overbrenging van een minderjarige in verband met een uithuisplaatsing ingevolge de artikelen 265b en 326 van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek;
tot de afgifte van minderjarigen, als bedoeld in artikel 812;
tot de tenuitvoerlegging der beschikkingen, bedoeld in artikel 278, tweede lid, van Boek 1 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek.
De ambtenaar van politie, aangesteld voor de uitvoering van de politietaak, die door het openbaar ministerie is aangewezen om de in lid 1 bedoelde medewerking te verlenen, heeft toegang tot elke plaats, voor zover dat redelijkerwijs voor de vervulling van zijn taak nodig is.
