Of the judgments, the registrar shall provide a copy on the day of the ruling to the claimant and to the defendant who has appeared in the proceedings. If it concerns a final judgment, the copy provided to a party who may proceed to the enforcement of that judgment shall be issued in enforceable form.
The registrar shall, upon request, provide second or further copies of a judgment issued in enforceable form to the party entitled to proceed with the enforcement of that judgment, or to the successors in title under general title of such party. Article 29, paragraphs 5 and 6, shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Every copy issued in enforceable form shall be dated.
Van de vonnissen verstrekt de griffier op de dag van de uitspraak een afschrift aan de eiser en aan de gedaagde die in het geding is verschenen. Betreft het een eindvonnis, dan is het afschrift dat wordt verstrekt aan een partij die tot tenuitvoerlegging van dat vonnis kan overgaan, opgemaakt in executoriale vorm.
De griffier verstrekt desverlangd tweede of verdere in executoriale vorm opgemaakte afschriften van een vonnis aan de partij die tot tenuitvoerlegging van dat vonnis kan overgaan, dan wel aan de rechtverkrijgenden onder algemene titel van deze partij. Artikel 29, vijfde en zesde lid, is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Elk afschrift dat in executoriale vorm is opgemaakt, wordt gedagtekend.
