In the event that the main action and the third-party indemnity action (vrijwaring) are simultaneously ready for judgment, they shall be decided upon concurrently. If this is not the case, the main action shall be decided upon separately at the request of the original claimant or defendant.
In geval de hoofdzaak en de zaak in vrijwaring tegelijk in staat van wijzen zijn, wordt daarin gelijktijdig beslist. Indien dit niet het geval is, wordt op vordering van de oorspronkelijke eiser of gedaagde de hoofdzaak afzonderlijk beslist.
