1.
Incidental motions shall be brought by writ of summons or by reasoned statement of claim or defense. Articles 85, 86, 87, paragraph 8, 128 and 133 shall apply.
2.
The court may, in special cases, allow the filing of a reply and a rejoinder.
3.
Interlocutory claims shall be filed simultaneously as much as possible.

Incidentele vorderingen worden ingesteld bij dagvaarding of bij met redenen omklede conclusie. De artikelen 85, 86, 87, achtste lid, 128 en 133 zijn van toepassing.
2.
De rechter kan in bijzondere gevallen het nemen van conclusies van repliek en dupliek toestaan.
3.
Incidentele vorderingen worden zoveel mogelijk tegelijk ingesteld.
