The state of the art, as referred to in Articles 4 and 75, paragraph 2, also includes the content of patent applications filed before the entry into force of this Kingdom Act, which are laid open to public inspection on or after the day referred to in Article 4, paragraph 2, of this Act or Article 80 of the European Patent Convention, respectively, in accordance with Article 22C of the Kingdom Patents Act or, if laying open to public inspection had not yet taken place, are made public in accordance with Article 25 of that Kingdom Act.
Tot de stand van de techniek, bedoeld in de artikelen 4 en 75, tweede lid, behoort tevens de inhoud van voor de inwerkingtreding van deze rijkswet ingediende octrooiaanvragen, die op of na de in artikel 4, tweede lid, van deze wet onderscheidenlijk artikel 80 van het Europees Octrooiverdrag bedoelde dag overeenkomstig artikel 22C van de Rijksoctrooiwet ter inzage worden gelegd of, indien terinzagelegging nog niet had plaatsgevonden, overeenkomstig artikel 25 van die rijkswet openbaar worden gemaakt.
