The office is obliged to provide the court with all information and technical advice that the court may require for the decision of legal claims concerning patents submitted to its judgment.
The value of advice as referred to in the first paragraph shall be equated with that of experts as referred to in Article 194 and following of the Code of Civil Procedure.
Het bureau is verplicht de rechter alle inlichtingen en technische adviezen te verstrekken, die deze tot beslissing van aan zijn oordeel onderworpen rechtsvorderingen inzake octrooien mocht verlangen.
De waarde van adviezen als bedoeld in het eerste lid wordt gelijkgesteld met die van deskundigen als bedoeld in artikel 194 en volgende van het Wetboek van Burgerlijke Rechtsvordering.
