If an objection concerns a member or deputy member of the supervisory board, the board shall suspend this member or deputy member from the right to sit on the board for the duration of the period during which the objection is being processed.
Articles 512 up to and including 519 of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply mutatis mutandis with regard to the challenge and recusal of a member or substitute member of the council.
Indien een bedenking een lid of plaatsvervangend lid van de raad van toezicht betreft, schorst de raad dit lid of plaatsvervangend lid in het recht zitting te hebben in de raad gedurende de tijd dat de bedenking behandeld wordt.
De artikelen 512 tot en met 519 van het Wetboek van Strafvordering zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing ten aanzien van de wraking en verschoning van een lid of plaatsvervangend lid van de raad.
