The head of the institution shall report other extraordinary incidents to Our Minister without delay. He shall provide Our Minister with all requested information at all times. Our Minister may lay down further rules regarding the content and the manner of reporting.
Het hoofd van de inrichting meldt onverwijld andere bijzondere voorvallen aan Onze Minister. Hij verstrekt Onze Minister te allen tijde alle verlangde inlichtingen. Onze Minister kan nadere regels stellen omtrent de inhoud en de wijze van melding.
