Our Minister may, by ministerial regulation, lay down further rules for institutions as referred to in Article 3.3, paragraph 1, of the Act. With a view to safety within the institution and compliance with the rules laid down by or pursuant to the Act, these rules relate to:
the admission to and the refusal of visits to those institutions, and
the access of personnel employed at those institutions.
Onze Minister kan bij ministeriële regeling nadere regels stellen aan instellingen, bedoeld in artikel 3.3, eerste lid, van de wet. Deze regels hebben met het oog op de veiligheid in de instelling en de naleving van de bij of krachtens de wet gegeven regels, betrekking op:
de toelating en de weigering van bezoek aan die instellingen, en
de toegang van personeel werkzaam bij die instellingen.
