The members of the supervisory committee for transport, referred to in Article 15b, paragraph 1, of the Principles of Prison Administration and Placement of Psychiatric Patients Act (Beginselenwet verpleging ter beschikking gestelden), shall be appointed for a period of five years. They may be eligible for reappointment twice.
Articles 7, paragraph 3, 8, 11, 13, 15, 16 and 17 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Article 10 shall apply mutatis mutandis, with the proviso that civil servants or other persons working under the responsibility of Our Minister in the field of the execution of custodial sentences and measures, other than civil servants at the Public Prosecution Service, are likewise ineligible for appointment as a member.
De leden van de commissie van toezicht voor het vervoer, genoemd in artikel 15b, eerste lid, van de Beginselenwet verpleging ter beschikking gestelden, worden benoemd voor een periode van vijf jaren. Zij kunnen tweemaal voor herbenoeming in aanmerking komen.
De artikelen 7, derde lid, 8, 11, 13, 15, 16 en 17 zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
Artikel 10 is van overeenkomstige toepassing, met dien verstande dat voor benoeming als lid eveneens niet in aanmerking komen ambtenaren of andere personen, werkzaam onder de verantwoordelijkheid van Onze Minister op het terrein van de tenuitvoerlegging van vrijheidsbenemende straffen en maatregelen, niet zijnde ambtenaren bij het openbaar ministerie.
