The supervisory committee shall annually, before 1 March, submit a report on its activities during the preceding year to Our Minister and to the placement section (sectie terbeschikkingstelling) and, insofar as it concerns a private judicial institution, also to the board.
In her report, she shall pay particular attention both to the mediation conducted by her pursuant to Article 55 of the Act and the outcomes thereof, and to the activities of the complaints committee, including by means of an overview of the complaints filed and the decisions taken thereon. Our Minister may establish a model regarding the structure of the report.
De commissie van toezicht brengt jaarlijks vóór 1 maart aan Onze Minister en aan de sectie terbeschikkingstelling en, voor zover het een justitiële particuliere inrichting betreft, tevens aan het bestuur, verslag uit over haar werkzaamheden in het voorgaande jaar.
Zij schenkt in haar verslag in het bijzonder aandacht zowel aan de door haar ingevolge artikel 55 van de wet verrichte bemiddeling en de uitkomsten daarvan als aan de werkzaamheden van de beklagcommissie, onder meer door een overzicht van de klaagschriften en de daarop genomen beslissingen. Onze Minister kan een model vaststellen omtrent de inrichting van het verslag.
