in forceCONDITIONAL TERMINATION OF THE ORDER FOR COMPULSORY TREATMENT AND OF THE PLACEMENT UNDER A HOSPITAL ORDER WITH CONDITIONS
Upon termination of the stay in the institution for the nursing of persons placed at the disposal of the government (ter beschikking gestelden), the person placed at the disposal of the government or otherwise nursed shall receive compensation for travel or travel facilities to his place of residence or stay within the Netherlands.
If the circumstances provide grounds for doing so, Our Minister may decide that the person concerned shall be escorted to their destination.
Bij beëindiging van het verblijf in de inrichting voor verpleging van ter beschikking gestelden ontvangt de ter beschikking gestelde of anderszins verpleegde vergoeding voor een reis of reisgelegenheid naar zijn woon- of verblijfplaats binnen Nederland.
Indien de omstandigheden daartoe grond opleveren, kan Onze Minister beslissen dat de betrokkene onder geleide naar de plaats van zijn bestemming wordt overgebracht.
