in forceCONDITIONAL TERMINATION OF THE ORDER FOR COMPULSORY TREATMENT AND OF THE PLACEMENT UNDER A HOSPITAL ORDER WITH CONDITIONS
The public prosecution service shall, as soon as possible, notify Our Minister and the probation service in the district where the conditions are being enforced of the ruling in which the court instructs the probation service to provide assistance and support to the person placed under a hospital order (terbeschikkinggestelde) in complying with the conditions, as referred to in Article 38, paragraph 1, or Article 38g, paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code.
Van de uitspraak waarbij de rechter aan de reclassering opdracht geeft de ter beschikking gestelde bij de naleving van de voorwaarden hulp en steun te verlenen, bedoeld in artikel 38, eerste lid, of 38g, tweede lid, van het Wetboek van Strafrecht, doet het openbaar ministerie zo spoedig mogelijk mededeling aan Onze Minister en aan de reclassering in het arrondissement waar de voorwaarden ten uitvoer worden gelegd.
