The supervisory committee shall annually, before 1 May, submit a report on its activities in the preceding year to Our Minister and to the Council and, insofar as it concerns a private institution, also to the board. A copy of the annual report shall be sent to the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate.
In her report, she shall pay particular attention both to the mediations conducted by her pursuant to Article 64 of the Act and the outcomes thereof, and to the activities of the complaints committee, including by means of an overview of the complaints filed and the decisions taken thereon. Our Minister may establish a model regarding the structure of the report.
De commissie van toezicht brengt jaarlijks vóór 1 mei aan Onze Minister en aan de Raad en, voor zover het een particuliere inrichting betreft, tevens aan het bestuur, verslag uit over haar werkzaamheden in het voorgaande jaar. Een afschrift van het jaarverslag wordt aan de Inspectie gezondheidszorg en jeugd gezonden.
Zij schenkt in haar verslag in het bijzonder aandacht zowel aan de door haar ingevolge artikel 64 van de wet verrichte bemiddelingen en de uitkomsten daarvan als aan de werkzaamheden van de beklagcommissie, onder meer door een overzicht van de klaagschriften en de daarop genomen beslissingen. Onze Minister kan een model vaststellen omtrent de inrichting van het verslag.
