in forceIn view of Article 2a, paragraph 2, of the Act, the service provider who posts a foreign national as referred to in Article 4.6 of the Foreign Nationals Employment Act Implementation Decree 2022 has a duty to report pursuant to Article 8 of the Terms of Employment of Posted Workers in the European Union Act.
Gelet op artikel 2a, tweede lid, van de wet heeft de dienstverrichter die een vreemdeling als bedoeld in artikel 4.6 van het Besluit uitvoering Wet arbeid vreemdelingen 2022 detacheert een meldplicht op grond van artikel 8 van de Wet arbeidsvoorwaarden gedetacheerde werknemers in de Europese Unie.
