This regulation shall enter into force with effect from 1 May 2012.
2.
Article 3, first paragraph, point d, with the replacement of the semicolon at the end of point c by a full stop, and the fourth and fifth paragraphs, shall lapse with effect from the date on which Article 6.5 of the Decree implementing the Foreign Nationals Employment Act 2022 lapses.

Deze regeling treedt in werking met ingang van 1 mei 2012.

Artikel 3, eerste lid, onderdeel d, met vervanging van de puntkomma aan het slot van onderdeel c door een punt, en het vierde en vijfde lid, vervallen met ingang van de datum waarop artikel 6.5 van het Besluit uitvoering Wet arbeid vreemdelingen 2022 vervalt.
