Article 193

The supervisory authority may revoke the licence referred to in Article 125, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a), in whole or in part, or attach further conditions thereto, if:
the pension fund no longer complies with Article 192;
the data provided with the application are incorrect or incomplete and the provision of the correct or complete data would have led to a different decision on the application for the granting of the permit;
the granting of the permit was otherwise incorrect and the fund knew or ought to have known this; or
no use has been made of the permit for a period of two years after the date of the order by which the permit was granted.
De toezichthouder kan de vergunning, bedoeld in artikel 125, eerste lid, onderdeel a, geheel of gedeeltelijk intrekken of daaraan nadere voorschriften verbinden wanneer:
het pensioenfonds niet langer voldoet aan artikel 192;
de bij de aanvraag verstrekte gegevens onjuist of onvolledig zijn en de verstrekking van de juiste of volledige gegevens tot een andere beschikking op de aanvraag tot verlening van de vergunning zou hebben geleid;
de verlening van de vergunning anderszins onjuist was en het fonds dit wist of behoorde te weten; of
van de vergunning gedurende twee jaren, na de dagtekening van de beschikking waarbij de vergunning is verleend, geen gebruik is gemaakt.
