The pension provider shall make available on its website, at least for the participant, former participant, former partner or pension beneficiary:
information regarding the pension scheme as referred to in Article 21;
further information regarding the pension scheme;
information on implementation costs; and
the management report and the annual accounts.
To the extent applicable, the pension provider shall make available on its website for the participant, former participant, former partner or pension beneficiary:
information concerning the consequences of significant changes to the technical provisions;
information regarding the financial crisis plan;
information regarding the recovery plan or updated recovery plan;
information regarding the investments and the investment policy;
the pension regulations; and
the execution agreement or the execution regulations.
To the extent applicable, the pension provider shall make the statement of investment principles available to everyone on its website.
In the management report, referred to in paragraph 1, subparagraph (d), a pension fund shall include information regarding the feasibility test and the real funding level. A pension provider shall include in the management report information regarding the total value and the destination of the pension entitlements that lapse, as referred to in Article 55, paragraph 6.
If the participant, former participant, former partner or pension beneficiary so requests, the pension provider shall provide the information and documents referred to in the first through third paragraphs electronically or in writing.
Further rules shall be laid down by or pursuant to an Order in Council (algemene maatregel van bestuur) regarding this Article, concerning, inter alia, the inclusion of data on the comparability of components of the pension scheme.
De pensioenuitvoerder stelt op zijn website voor in ieder geval de deelnemer, gewezen deelnemer, gewezen partner of pensioengerechtigde beschikbaar:
informatie over de pensioenregeling als bedoeld in artikel 21;
verdere informatie over de pensioenregeling;
informatie over uitvoeringskosten; en
het bestuursverslag en de jaarrekening.
Voor zover van toepassing stelt de pensioenuitvoerder op zijn website voor de deelnemer, gewezen deelnemer, gewezen partner of pensioengerechtigde beschikbaar:
informatie over de gevolgen van significante wijzigingen in de technische voorzieningen;
informatie over het financieel crisisplan;
informatie over het herstelplan of geactualiseerd herstelplan;
informatie over de beleggingen en het beleggingsbeleid;
het pensioenreglement; en
de uitvoeringsovereenkomst of het uitvoeringsreglement.
Voor zover van toepassing stelt de pensioenuitvoerder op zijn website voor een ieder de verklaring inzake beleggingsbeginselen beschikbaar.
In het bestuursverslag, bedoeld in het eerste lid, onderdeel d, neemt een pensioenfonds informatie op over de haalbaarheidstoets en de reële dekkingsgraad. Een pensioenuitvoerder neemt in het bestuursverslag informatie op over de totale waarde en de bestemming van de pensioenaanspraken die vervallen, bedoeld in artikel 55, zesde lid.
Indien de deelnemer, gewezen deelnemer, gewezen partner of pensioengerechtigde hierom verzoekt verstrekt de pensioenuitvoerder de in het eerste tot en met derde lid bedoelde informatie en stukken elektronisch of schriftelijk.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden nadere regels gesteld met betrekking tot dit artikel over onder meer het opnemen van gegevens over de vergelijkbaarheid van onderdelen van de pensioenregeling.
