in force(Involuntary) medical treatment
If the application of the treatment referred to in Article 22a, paragraph 2, exceeds the duration of two weeks, the director shall appoint a committee consisting of at least a department head, a psychiatrist, a physician, and a psychologist.
The committee referred to in the first paragraph shall issue an opinion to the director regarding the continuation of the involuntary medical treatment within two days after the period referred to in the first paragraph and, if the involuntary medical treatment is continued for a longer period, every two weeks.
Indien de toepassing van de behandeling, bedoeld in artikel 22a, tweede lid, de duur van twee weken te boven gaat wordt door de directeur een commissie samengesteld bestaande uit ten minste een afdelingshoofd, een psychiater, een arts en een psycholoog.
De in het eerste lid bedoelde commissie brengt binnen twee dagen na de in het eerste lid bedoelde termijn en, indien de onvrijwillige geneeskundige behandeling langer wordt voortgezet, om de twee weken, advies uit aan de directeur over de voortzetting van die behandeling.
