The rules and the designations of prisons and remand centres established pursuant to Article 22 of the Criminal Code, as this article applied prior to the entry into force of this Act, shall be deemed to have been established pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Act.
De regels en de bestemmingen van gevangenissen en huizen van bewaring vastgesteld krachtens artikel 22 van het Wetboek van Strafrecht, zoals dit artikel gold vóór de inwerkingtreding van deze wet, worden geacht te zijn vastgesteld krachtens de toepasselijke bepalingen van deze wet.
