Our Minister and the detainee may lodge an appeal against the decision of the complaints committee referred to in Chapter XIA. Chapter XII shall apply mutatis mutandis, with the exception of Article 70, paragraph 2.
Tegen de uitspraak van de beklagcommissie, bedoeld in hoofdstuk XIA, kunnen Onze Minister en de gedetineerde beroep instellen. Hoofdstuk XII is van overeenkomstige toepassing, met uitzondering van artikel 70, tweede lid.
