The director shall keep a record of every imposition of a penalty or any amendment thereof.
2.
If a penalty pursuant to Chapters XI or XII is revised in whole or in part, the director shall make a record thereof.

Van elke strafoplegging dan wel wijziging daarvan houdt de directeur aantekening.
2.
Indien een straf ingevolge de hoofdstukken XI of XII geheel of ten dele wordt herzien, houdt de directeur hiervan aantekening.
