Article 78j

The municipal executive (college) that, prior to the date of entry into force of paragraph 5.4, has a claim against a person as referred to in Article 47a, paragraph 1, in connection with the recovery or recourse of costs of social assistance other than in connection with the right to general social assistance, to which Article 78i applies, shall remain, if that claim has not yet been fully satisfied, authorised to collect that claim.
The first paragraph applies mutatis mutandis with respect to a loan or a guarantee provided prior to the date of entry into force of Section 5.4 on the basis of Articles 48, 50 and 78c to a person as referred to in Article 47a, paragraph 1.
Het college dat vóór de datum van inwerkingtreding van paragraaf 5.4 ten aanzien van een persoon als bedoeld in artikel 47a, eerste lid, een vordering heeft in verband met terugvordering of verhaal van kosten van bijstand anders dan in verband met het recht op algemene bijstand, waarop artikel 78i van toepassing is, blijft, indien die vordering nog niet geheel is voldaan, bevoegd die vordering te innen.
Het eerste lid is van overeenkomstige toepassing ten aanzien van een vóór de datum van inwerkingtreding van paragraaf 5.4 verstrekte geldlening of borgtocht op grond van artikel 48, 50 en 78c aan een persoon als bedoeld in artikel 47a, eerste lid.
