There is a review committee for the Participation Act safety net (toetsingscommissie vangnet Participatiewet), whose task is to advise Our Minister on a decision to be taken following a petition (verzoek) as referred to in Article 74, paragraph 1.
Rules shall be laid down by or pursuant to an order in council (algemene maatregel van bestuur) regarding the composition, the performance of duties, and the formulation of opinions by the safety net review committee for the Participation Act (toetsingscommissie vangnet Participatiewet).
Er is een toetsingscommissie vangnet Participatiewet, die tot taak heeft Onze Minister te adviseren over een te nemen besluit naar aanleiding van een verzoek als bedoeld in artikel 74, eerste lid.
Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur worden regels gesteld met betrekking tot de samenstelling, de taakuitoefening en oordeelsvorming door de toetsingscommissie vangnet Participatiewet.
