In the provision of data by the municipal executive (college), the Netherlands Information Services Bureau (Bureau Informatiediensten Nederland), and the authorities referred to in Articles 64 and 67, use shall be made of the citizen service number (burgerservicenummer), provided they are authorised to do so.
Third parties who, in the exercise of a profession or business, promote the employment integration of persons, shall use the citizen service number (burgerservicenummer) only insofar as this is necessary for the performance of activities carried out in the context of the provisions referred to in Article 7, paragraph 1, subparagraph (a), and paragraph 7, and Article 7a, paragraph 1, and Article 7a, paragraphs 2 and 3.
Bij de verstrekking van gegevens door het college, het Bureau Informatiediensten Nederland en de in de artikelen 64 en 67 bedoelde instanties wordt, indien daartoe bevoegd, gebruik gemaakt van het burgerservicenummer.
Derden die in het kader van de uitoefening van beroep of bedrijf de arbeidsinschakeling van personen bevorderen, gebruiken het burgerservicenummer slechts voor zover dat noodzakelijk is voor het verrichten van werkzaamheden die in het kader van de voorzieningen, bedoeld in de artikelen 7, eerste lid, onderdeel a, en zevende lid, en 7a, eerste, lid, en artikel 7a tweede en derde lid, worden uitgevoerd.
